Background

Andrew's specialist field is aviation. Having studied aircraft, flying and military history for years he has built up a wealth of knowledge on the subject and this can be seen very clearly in his series of aviation art works.

Hurricane I, JX-L, P2751 of No 1 Squadron flown by Squadron Leader David A Pemberton DFC, 1940. This aircraft crashed on the 3rd November 1940 near RAF Wittering killing Sqn Ldr Pemberton, he was 28.
